Refund policy

We hope you love your new items! If you don't, our return policy is outlined below...

To start your return, please email us at hello@vocabularyboutique.com. Include your order number and the names of the items you'd like to return. If we receive a return we have not been made aware of, we cannot guarantee a smooth return process. Inside of your return package, please include either your original invoice or a sheet of paper with your order number. 

Full Priced Merchandise: All items must be in new condition with tags intact and sent for return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment or exchange. If you'd like to return items without tags or after 15 days, we can offer exchange only. 

Sale Merchandise: All sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing a shipment method that includes tracking. We are not responsible for return items that do not arrive to us.
