Okay, this was the longest shortest week ever. Anyone else feel that? It was only five days but somehow held about two weeks' worth of everything — softball practices, Girl Scout Meeting, work deadlines, early morning workouts, and cheering on my girls from the stands at our local high school Football Game while they cheered. By Friday I was running on fumes and iced coffee, but in the best way. That "good tired" you get from a week that was actually full of the stuff you love.
If your week looked anything like mine, I see you. Here's what I wore through it all, plus the little routine that keeps me feeling grounded.
The ONE thing I try to be consistent with every single day 🫧 dry brushing before I shower!
I know it sounds small, but this 30 sec habit has genuinely made a difference — smoother skin, better circulation, helps with lymphatic drainage, and it just makes my whole shower routine feel more like a ritual instead of a chore. My favorite brush is from @theskinnyconfidential (I own basically all her products at this point, no regrets) 🤍
If you’ve never tried dry brushing, here’s why I’d add it to your routine:
✨ exfoliates + smooths skin
✨ supports lymphatic drainage
✨ boosts circulation
✨ makes you feel like you’re doing something for yourself before the day starts
