What is ShopMy?
ShopMy is a creator platform that lets you turn your product recommendations into affiliate links. When someone shops through your link, you earn a commission.
You can link products from thousands of brands and retailers, then share them anywhere: your blog, Instagram stories, Pinterest pins, a newsletter, or even a text to your sister. Commission rates are set by each brand, and the rate you see in the platform is the rate you earn.

- Create your account. Sign up with your email and choose a username. Pick something that matches your social handles so people can find you easily.
- Set up your profile. Add a photo, a short bio and links to your Instagram, blog, Pinterest or TikTok. This is your storefront, so make it feel like you.
- Connect your payout info. Add how you'd like to be paid so your commissions have somewhere to go.
- Create your first link. Paste any product URL and ShopMy turns it into your affiliate link. Start with something you already own and love.
- Share it. Drop it in a story, a blog post or a Pinterest pin, and you're officially a creator.
My tips for getting started
- Link what you actually use. Your audience trusts you because you're honest. Share the things you'd recommend to a friend, not just what pays the most.
- Build a few collections first. Think "my everyday basics," "fall outfits" or "travel essentials." Collections give people a reason to keep coming back.
- Be consistent. You don't need a huge following to start. Sharing a little every week adds up faster than one big post a month.
- Always disclose. Let your audience know when you're using affiliate links. It's required, and it builds trust.
- Pitch brands thoughtfully. When you reach out for gifting, keep it short, mention a specific product you love, and explain why it fits your audience. One polite follow-up is plenty.

How much can I earn? It depends on the brands you link and how often your audience shops. Each brand sets its own commission rate.
Where can I share my ShopMy links? Anywhere you share recommendations: Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, your blog, a newsletter or a group chat.
What's the benefit of joining with an invite link? You may be able to skip the standard application. Access is still at ShopMy's discretion, and how the invite process works can change. Am I guaranteed to be approved? No. ShopMy reviews every creator account and decides who is accepted, even when you join through an invite link. Some brands and opportunities also require their own separate approval once you're on the platform.
When do I get paid? Commissions stay pending until the retailer's return window closes and the sale is confirmed, so expect some lag between a sale and your payout.
