Pardon My French

Pardon My French

I am coveting all the graphic tees we've just received.  I have written to you about this before. I love how they allow you to make a public statement, infuse a sentiment into your day, into a space, and for others to consider as well.  Pardon my french is pretty safe, really, but I love the idea that fiery french represents passion which can be happy, sexy, angry, fierce.  And while I don't want your passion to need permission, I love the saying: pardon me but I must say.... my truth! Speak your mind; speak your heart, and the world is forever changed...

Suns Out! Buns Out...

Suns Out! Buns Out...

... and by buns I mean BICEPS, bc guns just doesn't seem right to say and I'm not warm enough for a swim suit just yet. Sneakers & Stripes

Sneakers & Stripes

Stripes and Gingham are my absolutely FAVS, and I wear no dress without sneakers these days. These styles pair perfectly!  The French and Italians are known for their sensible and chic sneaks with dresses; its brilliant and incredibly comfortable, especially when traveling.  What are your...

Connecting the Dots

Connecting the Dots

Hey there Super Moon!  While the moon last night was big, its glow felt enormous. We first saw it standing at our street corner, looking up my San Francisco Like Hill, and I said to my sleeping littles, it's like Dad hung it there as part of his scenic design, just for us.  I thought about how when I was a kid I loved the book In the house where Jack lives and wanted to live in a city building, much like I do now: pink, three floors, with metal scrolls, easy to illustrate. ta da. If we are decision making machines,...
