Outfit of the Week

Bonjour mon cherie... I'm here writing to you partly because I have finished watching the entire season of Emily in Paris and can actually get back to work during nap time. This show was about as necessary and uplifting for me as my vacation. (I've linked a funny article about why so many hate it, and yet watch it...that's not me) Honestly, so grateful to have had a week of lunches spent around Paris with this bright beauty, and her eyebrows:) I always have criticisms of cultural influence but overall I was inspired each episode, laughed out loud, said ahhhhhhhh too many...

Well I can tell you that my trip, or escape, was required. I can see again, I can feel again, I'm present, without feeling the weight of 100 days before... Does that make sense? I'm better able to focus, and I'm excited again, to do a try-on of this dress and collaborate with @artinthefind as she also tries it on and talks about why she loves it.... CHECK OUR STORIES! Clothes... I read a book to Lillian on a daily basis about Coco Chanel, and when you only have about ten pages to describe a person and one of the pages basically says...

Happy Fall! It's officially here, and I'm currently in Michigan where the leaves are changing before my eyes, the breeze goes back and forth between warm & cool, helping my body feel the transition as the light shifts. I change my clothes throughout the day, justifying my heavy suitcase, nothing going to waste. Transition. Hmmmmmm. Change. Hmmm... Deep breath. While this is always true, this season I'm particularly aware of the fact that I don't understand what we are changing into... I can grab a sweater and cozy up for the evening, but I have no idea what Winter looks...

I AM FREAKING OUT!!! In a good way. I just met with a rep, my favorite rep Kyleah, who has a new position at a new company, Rachel Zoe. I LOVE Rachel Zoe, the person, the stylist, in as much as you can love and admire and respect someone you don't know personally. And ps. I do NOT care about celebrities. PERIOD. I'd be a great person to live amongst famous people if they wanted anonymity, because I could care less. However, I DO CARE about Rachel Zoe, and Roger, her husband, and their beautiful kids, and her team, and...
